I've been getting my car serviced at Camelback Kia since I purchased my vehicle in 2014. I noticed in the last year that the sales staff has gotten very aggressive with trying to sell new vehicles to people waiting for their service to be complete. Now, I understand this is a car dealership but when I say no or not interested then I mean it. I had a woman hassle me about a new car in the lobby and also while I was on the restroom which I thought was totally inappropriate. Just yesterday another young man was listening in on my conversation with the mechanic and tried to swoop in and sell me a car as soon and he walked away to estimate the service costs. I did not appreciate the eavesdropping and again the pushiness after I said I was not interested.
At this point I have decided to get my service done elsewhere moving forward. You may want to have your sales people back off before others do the same. It's bad enough to have to wait for hours for an oil change and basic maintenance on top of trying to dodge car salesmen.
