  • Today I noticed some browning on my large Palo Verde that I hadn't noticed before. I checked our drips and noticed our landscaper had turned them off completely and I have no idea how long they have been off. I was concerned the brown on the trunk of the Palo Verde could be a sign of the tree dying so I called Moon Valley on Pinnacle Peak and asked if they had anyone who could come out and check the health of our tree. The nice gentleman who answered the phone told me to go ahead and text him the pictures of my tree. He got back to me immediately and said the areas of my concern where completely normal and the tree actually looks very healthy. Now that is great customer service! Thank you Moon Valley!
