  • This is definitely a buyer beware establishment. Even if you don't bid on an item but their computer shows you did, you are forced to pay. Even if you show them your bid history that indicates you did not bid, you are forced to pay. The slack jawed yokels who run this place likely all have a record. They will all change their rules on the fly to make sure they take your money.
