  • Northlake's service department has been wonderful every time that I had a large bill. However, when my wife went in for a state inspection and we found needed four new tires, she asked them to speak to me on the phone. I said that wanted to shop around and the service rep slammed the phone in my ear... Then my wife says that he torn up the service order in front of her and walked away. Truly despicable "service". And sadly I don't have another near-by dealer choice.
