  • I returned today to Which Wich, only because I had a coupon for a free sandwich that they provide for your birthday. It was a good thing that it was free or else I wouldn't have gone back. I did however and I spoke with the assistant manager and shared my experience with him from a few days back. He assured me that that's not the way they typically handle things and they would certainly like to earn my business and would like to know how they can earn my business back. The way the young man handled the situation was very professional and I appreciated it. The fact that he was open to listen to some constructive critique spoke volumes and I feel that they have earned my business back by being willing to listen. The sandwiches are good, there's no denying that.
