I received a gift card to this spa and was very excited. Long story short by the time I used it - it was a year later. When I called to see how much was on the gift card they said $30. I knew the person who gave it to me would not put $30 on a gift card. The customer service rep said they have been taking $10 for the maintenance. I asked the customer service rep how much was originally put on the card and they said $100. So I asked what kind of maintenance are you doing on my card to take $70 off my gift card. They had NO answer for it. Basically if you don't use it within a year they do a maintenance fee = STEALING your money. I tried to speak with a manager but they said there was no manager to speak with. Oh please ! There is always a manager to speak with. Went to the spa to use my whole $30 and told the spa manager what happened and she said she would pass my information to the accounting department. I have heard NOTHING from them. I will NEVER go back because what they are doing is wrong by stealing your money if you don't use the gift card within a year. There are plenty more casino spa's in Vegas that aren't Stations to go to as a local.
