I'm not one for rants,nor reviews. I honestly have mixed emotions about how this company takes care of their homeowners/renters. My first call to this office I was on the phone for over 45 min speaking to someone who hardly could answer her questions myself. Perhaps she was new but was a bit uncalled for especially hearing her repeat everything I asked her to someone else. My second call was to woman named Erin, she did a great job at helping me out to her best of her ability. My third call was to a woman that handles payments, I expressed to her my concerns and she repeated to me what I told her and said she didn't know..come on!! As for my community concerns which I've also posted in the MESA VERDE HOA, the community has a lot of potential but isn't taken care of appropriately. The front gate has been open for many months, there is a disgusting pigeon issue, it floods here when it rains pretty bad leaving the streets full of dirt because of the vacant lots. The list can go on, I'm a bit disappointed and wished I would've payed better mind to the things I didn't see before. Granted they have board meetings,doesn't mean things will always be addressed and taken care of correctly.
