  • A friend stayed here when in town and I went to greet him. We were invited to the grand opening party downstairs and shortly after were told we had to leave for no reason. Escorted out no explanation nothing. My friend travels for business to Toronto at least 4 times a month aside from family outings and has never had anything like this happen to him. It was an embarrassment to our city and considering the amount of money he spends when he comes here they should be ashamed. Also there's 2 elevators for the whole hotel and takes 15 mins to get one. Nice place but the service sucks. They thought becse my friend was wearing jeans he was broke, no he just dresses comfortably
