  • Like many others, I found Habit on Instagram and immediately fell in love with their work! My hair is naturally dark brown (close to black) and at first i felt a bit hesitant to go lighter, but it also felt necessary for a new change! After conducting some research on who I can trust with my hair, I went with Kelsey. Let me just say... she is the sweetest gal and so nice to talk to! I texted her to book an appointment and it did get me a couple of tries until I finally got a hold of her. When I did, I was booked and ready to go within a week or so! I'm from LA and if you've ever heard of Nine Zero One Salon in West Hollywood, you'll know that this place in many ways resembles the style and culture of NZO. The salon is beautiful and modern! The girls are all so sweet and I was seen within the time frame of my appointment. Kelsey knew what I wanted and took safe steps to achieve the lightness I was hoping to get! It took 2 sessions and I got to the goal I wanted! They do use Oribe products and that's a big plus since I absolutely love their products and the way it sits on my hair! The first appointment took about 6 hours and the second about 4.5 hours! I know, very long but it's all worth it! I love the way they style hair and would definitely be back to see Kelsey whenever I can.
