  • It's hard to be happy with Otto Mosers if you're someone like me who used to go to their prior E 3rd St location. Walking through that door was like a time machine trip back to the 1930's. Enough atmosphere for fifteen depression-era "theme" restaurants. They moved to Playhouse Square and ruined the restaurant in the process. I hope the owners are making lots and lots of money, because that's the only valid excuse for what is in all other respects a major f*** up..
