| - I've had all my servicing done here for the last 10 years. Over time the inside has improved considerably (and moved across the 95). But I have felt worse and worse bringing my vehicles here.
The inside is nice, comfy, and open. The people are mostly friendly. Free WiFi and comfortable temperatures are nice, and the free shuttle service is very handy.
But there are a lot of cons.
The scheduling system is broken. They don't actually seem to use it. I managed to get in at 8 am with an 8 am appointment and my oil change and regular maintenance took 5+ hours. They didn't start on it until long after I arrived, I was told. This happened a couple times, so I don't really bother with reservations anymore.
Took my car in for maintenance and the next day I was leaking Freon. They said it was just something that happens. When putting my car back together after fixing the issue, they failed to have the dash lights work. Had to take it in. When I got it back the knobs weren't in the right spot, and they spilled some kind of fluid on the inside of my door. Brought it back and the knobs are ok, lights work, but the fluid stain still exists on the door speaker. See picture.
They're friendly, but I don't trust them to get something done right, or to respect my time. I can't say to not take it here for general servicing in Las Vegas, because there aren't too many alternatives. I'd just recommend not going with Toyota or Scion in Vegas. Buy something better that can be serviced elsewhere.
