  • I had the best experience at Bateman's Bicycle Company. I was coming to Toronto from NYC and wanted to rent a road bike to do longer rides. I called the company the day before I arrived and Rob helped to put a bike on reserve for me. Was really helpful about everything - what kind of pedals, size of bike, etc. I showed up at the shop and they tuned up the bike and had me riding through the streets in no time. Rob even put lights on my bike because I was doing a sunset ride that evening. Everyone in the shop was really friendly and the bike was perfect. I couldn't ask for more, thanks so much to Bateman's for being such an amazing bike shop!
