  • WOW .. what a huge disappointment. After all that time, that is best they could come up with. The entry way is what an earlier reviewer stated ... oddly Vegas like - totally out of place. The lobby and front desk is supposed to be what !?!?!?!? A joke to be precise. The two restaurants in the lobby area - totally miss the mark. Weird menus and bizarre seating and lighting. Trying WAY TO HARD to be cool. Could have been a great addition to the hotel scene in Phoenix and instead it is a place to avoid. Far better hotels to stay at - go with them.
