rev:text	Can only give this place 4 stars rather than 5 because there is no fenced-in dog exercise area. Dogs must be on leash at all times. How can you design a waterfront park and NOT put in a dog run? I take my dogs for a run/walk all the time here, but I would really appreciate a fenced-in dog area for when I want them to run around off-leash and play with other dogs. For that, I just go to Papago Park on College and Curry, or Chaparral on Hayden.
