rev:text	This company is the worst! I have an item that they're saying is not covered and I have been trying to get of hold of somebody to at least discuss my situation. I've been promised back a phone call by the service technicians now twice. In addition to that I have made five phone calls to the number they give on their website & have waited a minimum of 30 minutes each time. Once I get through I get an agent who asks me six minutes of THE SAME QUESTIONS and I get no resolution to my problem. I really believe this company does this on purpose so you get frustrated and give up. I believe it's a bait and switch operation. I strongly recommend anybody that might read my review here to STAY AWAY FROM AHS! If you go to their website all they talk about is their wonderful reviews. WRONG! They're writing those themselves! This is an incredibly unprofessional operation!
