  • I lived here for two years, my first year in a smaller 1 bed room than the other. My Poorly Worded Summary:-- I loved both floor plans! One was a little better as it had the bathroom connected to the hallway and master bedroom. I Thought with the location ,price and floor plan combo , it was perfect. More than anything the location! 15 min from Old town less than 5 min from the 101 and 51! As I worked in North Scottsdale , Went out in Old Town and Family on the west side My Obscure Price thoughts:-- I paid about 735 a month for my first 1 bed , but it was all upgraded flooring and kitchen. OK location about a building from the pool. My second 1 bed I paid 935 a month- Overlooking the pool, Next to fitness center and a min walk from the office!Oh and a fireplace.My only problem was the fire place was off center so it was difficult to decorate. My overly picky service agenda:-- The Office Staff A++, always friendly, even when I was late on rent( ooops!) , However, as eager as they were to take work orders, the maintenance to get done usually took a week or two to get done. No major problems ever happened however. I will always recommend this place above all else, despite a few hiccups.
