I'm always amused when folks respond negatively about visiting Cleveland - most of those that do - have either never visited Cleveland - but claim to have "heard" something negative - OR they visited Cleveland many years ago - and base their comments and views upon that.
I've been visiting Cleveland regularly for work that last 8 years or so - and I find that I love smaller, Midwest/Great Lakes region cities such as Cleveland!
There is plenty to do - and lots of fun and interesting things to do and see! Including:
- Cleveland Browns football games
- Cleveland Cavaliers basketball games
- Cleveland Indians baseball games
- Visit a wide range of local craft breweries, including Great Lakes Brewing Co., Masthead Brewing Co., Platform Beer Co. and many more!
- Visit Bottlehouse Brewing Co. - and sample beer, hard ciders, meads, and more!
- Visit the legendary West Side Market (a foodies paradise!)
- Visit the Rock n' Roll Hall of Fame
- Visit the Great Lakes Science Center
- Visit the NASA Glenn Research Center
- Cleveland Museum of Art
- Cleveland Museum of Natural History
- Cleveland Botanical Gardens
- Dunham Tavern Museum
- Boat cruises on Lake Erie
- Visit Cleveland Whiskey
- Visit any number of restaurants - including Iron Chef Michael Symon's restaurants - Lola and Lolita!
- Rocky River Reservation
There is a lot more to do, see, and experience!
