  • Nikki completely messed my eyebrows up-when I tried to tell her my concerns, she blamed the shape of my eyebrows versus taking ownership in her fuck up. I called and made a complaint with the owner of this location. He asked for my name and address and pictures of my eyebrows... guess what!?? NOTHING !!! they have yet to do ANYTHING about my poor customer experience. its been 3 months. I will not support this place anymore. Horrible customer service and I am still dealing with bringing my eyebrows back to life as she made one too thin and the other too short and both just uneven.
