  • 1) I had a complaint, when I called to complain, I was hung up on. The second time I called I was told "I don't have time for you" and was hung up on. 2) Isn't it illegal to place flyers on hotel doors? I thought that was considered trespassing. So much for customer service. So much for obeying the law.
