rev:text	I came here a couple weeks ago with the boyfriend and he ended up buying two pairs of pants - a pair of khaki chenos and a pair of camo joggers. The camo joggers that he purchased were in a larger size than he wanted. He wanted to take advantage of the promotion they had in the store so he asked the sales person if they could order the correct size while honouring the discount. They said that wasn't a problem and they took his name, number and all his information down in their log book, reassuring him it would be ordered within the next 3-5 business days and arrive within the next week. They also informed him that he should receive a call once the joggers have been ordered. A week went by and we never received any calls from the store. He tried calling the store numerous times and no one answered the phone. Finally, he got a hold of someone at the store.. two weeks later!!.. and the gentleman on the phone whom was supposed to be the "manager on duty" had no idea what my boyfriend was talking about and was not able to comprehend anything he was saying. He was so livid with the guy on the phone while he ruffled through papers to look for the log sheet to which he then replied "uhh...sorry my managers forgetful sometimes." He ended up hanging up on the guy because he was so angry with the lack of customer service. This location is all about pushing for sales and they are always breathing on your shoulder to try and sell you whatever they can. They always ask if there's something they can help you with and if you tell them what you're looking for, they bring you 2-3 items of the same thing from different brands to try and convince you that they all look good. When you want to try something on, you have to help yourself to the fitting rooms because the employees are too busy talking. Not only that but they do not accept refunds.. only exchanges or credit notes, which is how they get you. I used to love shopping here because it was my go-to shop for all my jeans, but I've noticed that the quality of the jeans are very poorly made and they are overpriced for what they offer. Avoid this Jean Machine location!!
