So today I decided to use my last wagjag voucher @ the beaches tuina location since it was going to expire tomorrow. I have been there before since it's right next door to where I live. My last experience was a meh and I just wanted to use my voucher so it wouldn't go to waste.
Well I have to say I was really disappointed when they informed me that just a month ago this location has branched off on it's own from the other 2 locations so that they wouldn't honor my voucher! You would think they would hold out for just one more month and consider the customers who have bought the voucher so that they could redeem it. I didn't even get to speak to the "head" therapist/ manager directly! It was relayed to me through another therapist since he was busy giving a massage.
This is no way to conduct a business especially if you want it to prosper. I would give this place a 0 if I could. Horrible customer relations. I've worked in the service industry for 15 yrs, first as a server and now as a massage therapist, and the motto is always, at least for me, "going above and beyond the customer's expectations". Which definitely wasn't the case here.
