  • I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I took my animals here to be groomed. 3 hours after picking my cat and dog up MY CAT IS DEAD! I'm in tears at the emergency vet clinic because I lost one of the things that make up my entire world!! Do not go here PETSMART GROOMING KILLED MY CAT! UPDATE:: PetSmart took FULL RESPONSIBILITY after what happened. Corporate has the entire store under full investigation. They refunded my grooming expenses as well as covered Fluffys final vet bills. I understand PetSmart tried to make the situation better. But giving me $600 in refunds doesn't bring my cat back. Or her sister. Who passed away shortly after, they were bonded for life and when muffy lost fluffy it was like half of her died too. Muffy passed away 45 days after we lost her sister she couldn't live without fluffy. I will NEVER visit this location again.
