  • Initially tried to rent here after moving from out of state. We were new to the area and had 0 guidance as to which complexes were better to live in. We signed a lease here at Ranchwood but after the apartment was seen to be infested (bugs out in the daylight) with cockroaches, they allowed us to instead, rent at the sister location, Arroyo Vista. What we didn't know is that Arroyo would be another nightmare in itself. Bugs, piss poor maintenance, poor customer service, you name it. Please save yourself the trouble, frustration, and money, and RUN. FAST.
