| - SCAM ALERT! I made my appointment online for a basic dental cleaning, something that is quite normal and easy for a dentist to complete. 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, I was called back. I was given a speech about how great their office was and that they could meet my all dental needs! From orthodontist, to oral surgery, to fake teeth, they could do it all. My only need was the basic cleaning. Next, I was told it was time for my x-Rays. I told the worker I didn't think I needed x-rays as I was not experiencing any dental problems, nor have I ever, and I was just here for cleaning. She then told me they have to x-Ray all patients and I could not have the cleaning done today because I was a new patient. Today would only be a "dental consultation." I would have to come back another day for my cleaning. I then argued with the front desk staff who were equally unreasonable and said something about needing to do x-Rays for any future root canals. Again, just here for cleaning. I left accomplishing nothing and wasting my work leave. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else. Although if you're into wasting your time and money for unnecessary appointments, this could be your place, but I would probably still recommend going somewhere else, as the lab tech's coat was covered in other people's mouth debris/filth/crust. And since I was one of the first appointments of the day, who knows how long the mouth germs had been growing on it for.
