Had a fine stay and was pleased with my accommodations. The issues began when I had to leave a day earlier than planned due to a work obligation. I spoke with Jamie at the front desk and was assured that a refund would not be an issue. Instead of refunding me the third night of my stay, I was instead charged an additional night. Numerous phone calls later and we are still unable to settle this issue. Looks like I will be having to wait until these charges post to my account and then will need to dispute them with my bank. The most frustrating part of this process has been not being able to get a straight answer from anyone involved. Nobody can tell me why my card was charged instead of refunded. Would be nice if someone either knew what was going on, or took ownership for their mistake that currently has me out about $230.
