  • Zero stars if I could. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! Something tells me reviews are heavily padded. They are a scam and unprofessional. They take your information 5 different times and give you an appointment. Only to NEVER show up for it. I had to wait a week and a half for an appointment that was for today at 9. They never showed or called. I called and they said they had just got into the office at 9:30!! Why would you make an appointment if you had no intention of showing up? The driver Shawn then stated they were really busy as of late because of the Groupon and yelp deal. So that's my problem because????? Exactly, just saying nonsense to cover their ass. He said he'd call me back in ten mins. He never did. I called four more times and nobody answered the phone. They had no intention of ever delivering services. They take your money in advance and then don't deliver. Do not buy a Groupon or yelp deal through them. Don't believe me? Just call and see how many different "technicians" you speak to and and how many times they say their driving and need a pen or paper. Or they'll call you back. Or what's your address and number again? What a joke! BEWARE!!
