  • The ladies can barely speak English and this is annoying. Why have a business if you can't communicate properly with your customers? The worse part is that they cleaned my boots and the fur was damaged on one of the boots. They tried to get out of fixing it but I insisted or they would have to replace them entirely. They got fixed and had the nerve of asking me to pay for it.. Nice try! Never will I recommend or return!!
