| - What a weird operation this one is. I bought a car there, and the experience wasn't all that bad. The sales guy was nice (since then, he doesn't return my calls on promises he made during the sale). After my purchase, however, I had issues that I needed to reach them about, and reaching people proved to be impossible. 15-20 minute waits, and then someone hangs up the line, or in one case, a 10 minute wait while they tried to find a person who works there but who "I never heard of that person." Then, I started getting telephone marketing calls from people at Showcase Honda, asking me if I was still in the market for a new car. I must have had five calls over a three day period, all from different people. This was one week after I bought a vehicle! I don't know what to say, other than there's some definite problems with the way they run their business. I hope that they get their act together. At this point, they've lost not only my future business, but the business from anyone I would have recommended to them over the years.
