We purchased a couch here, and within a day or two one of the pillows was coming apart at the seams. We called and called and called. Smash-cut to a MONTH later my husband called them and "refused" to get off the phone until they took care of this issue. Well apparently this tactic worked, because he finally got a guy on the line who was willing to resolve our issue. He was trying to get out of replacing / repairing the pillow, but when threatened with the notion that we would just go up there and take a new cushion off the sales floor, he agreed to FedEx us a new one! It came within two days.
I gave them three stars because they resolved my issue, but it should be more like 2.5 just due to the lack of customer service. These guys have some scathing reviews online. They really seem to know how to piss people off.
