  • So I am an avid Pandora listener. I often here advertisements about Supercuts. I've known of Supercuts for a long time but never tried them. I go in to Supercuts to get a haircut and there is one person cutting hair and three people in the seats. Lots of empty seats with no hair stylists. When I walk in the lady greets me and tells me that it will be 45 minutes to an hour wait. This is very confusing. 6 empty chairs and no hair stylist. Why would you spend that much money to advertise constantly on Pandora and then not put employees in your business. As soon as I leave Supercuts I go to several other places that has pretty long Waits but all of them has hair stylist behind every chair. Regional managers of the Supercuts on Sunset should be fired. Really bad taste in my mouth for Supercuts now.
