  • Absolute worst customer service ever. Expect a 'process' with anything that goes wrong. could be a simple thing but they have to complicate it and drag it out for weeks These people are a joke. Don't buy anything- they won't back it up, even 5 minutes after they deliver it. Delivery crew don't know anything about putting furniture together. This is the second problem I had with these jerks, the first time it took months to get a very simple issued resolved. Rude management team that doesn't give a crap about anything except your money. Avoid at all costs, seriously.
