  • Terrible customer service! They chose horrible contractors that have awful reviews and no credibility. Every claim (all two that I have had) have felt like a hassle to HSA. They ordered the wrong parts, delayed a month on a simple dishwasher claim, then they send out an extremely rude contractor who I did not feel comfortable having in my home. I requested another contractor/company to do the repairs, but they refused to send another! This is AFTER my deductible was paid for this claim. Not to mention, they were going to FORCE me to pay for the shipping of the parts BACK from their contractor because I requested someone else to come out to do the work. UNREAL. Not to mention, after we worked everything out, they forced me to use the same rude company. I asked them to at least send a different tech to do the work, as I did not feel comfortable in my own home with the guy that talked to me so rude. They promised to send another tech. NOPE! THEY SENT THE SAME ARROGANT TECH WHO WAS RUDE TO ME. My husband almost lost it. Terrible service and a waste of TWO YEARS of premium paid to this company. Never again. Avoid them.
