  • I love, love, love this place! I randomly found this bakery online while searching for a bakery to make gluten free wedding cakes in Arizona. I called them up and they were the most accommodating and helpful people ever. They took on the challenge of making my gf wedding cake even though they had never attempted to make a wedding cake before and they made the best gf cake I've had. The guests at my wedding were clamoring for my cake even though we had a regular one for everyone else! When my husband and I visited GF Creations they had a tiny 3 table bistro just off to the side of the bakery. I'm not sure if they still have it, but it was cute and we were able to sit down and eat. I had a burger on a gf hamburger bun and my husband had a gf reuben. Very tasty. I would also highly recommend picking up a pie if they happen to have any when you visit. I tried their cherry pie and it was awesome. Overall I think this place is a dream come true for any gluten free person out there (they also cater to other allergies as well). If you ever find yourself in Phoenix you must check it out. You will not be disappointed.
