I wouldn't wish a Verizon store visit on anyone but the last two times we went it was worse than ever. The visit was to activate a new Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus. The guy, who I won't name (this time) was a smug a-hole who was definitely annoyed that we were taking his time. He wouldn't explain anything he was doing, if we asked him a question he would be dismissive and give us a one or two word answer. We had to return to the store because the activation didn't work. He blamed us saying, you should have made a test call before you left. This place is the worst. If you have an iPhone on Verizon and you need in-person help, go to an Apple store and avoid Verizon stores at all costs. If you read Consumer Reports, Verizon is ranked third (out of about twenty) from the bottom in rankings. In my opinion, they used to be the best but now almost anyone beats them in customer satisfaction, so there are better choices for mobile carriers.
