I wish I could give them negative stars. I called a week and half ago to schedule my appointment. I was promised a timeframe of 8a-12p. It's really a shame companies can't give a better window. I waited all morning and finally had to call myself to find out where the tech was at. The receptionist couldn't get ahold of him so she had to call me back. When I finally received a call 15 minutes later, she told me the tech was running behind. Obviously. Apparently all 3 of their techs were on the same call in Laughlin. I was told this was booked in advance before my service call was scheduled. Why wasn't I notified? That's a courtesy that should have been extended to me. I would have scheduled a different time. They wasted my whole day. Do not use them. I wish I would have listen to the Yelp reviews.
