  • For the price you pay which was around 6 dollars for a large - I got a milk tea original with grass jelly and no sugar. When the barista made her shake, she didn't have enough to fill the whole cup. Therefore, the barista started to shake her shaker with the ice in it to break it up a bit only to pour me WATER from the ice to fill the rest of the cup. Ultimately, my bubble tea was diluted and the portion of grass jelly given was one scoop. I was thoroughly disappointed given the price I pay for the bubble tea and I felt completely ripped off. Sure, the renovations were nice and everything which would probably explain the price hike but unfortunately I would rather go to Chatime or other competitors given my recent experience. It's very clear to me that their staff has not been trained yet in the best manner and these portions clearly need to be fleshed out before they start attracting customers long term.
