  • This house has been a nightmare since day one. I wouldn't return here or deal with CA properties again if they let me stay here for free. The maintenance man came in without a notice. He said CA properties said "just go in anyway don't listen to the man living there, he won't do anything". They will lose your check, say you didn't pay it and then cash it a month later. They won't return calls. I've lived here a year and they refuse to give me a copy of my lease. Wires are exposed and nothing works. The house is falling apart and they don't seem to care. Slum lords through and through who don't care about you or the house you live in. They are cheap because they are trying to trick you into living there for a year. It isn't worth ever staying at a house they rent.
