The items on the menu looked different and delicious so I was disappointed when my food came out with a long hair in my biscuit, twisted around my bacon and resting on my eggs. My girlfriends salmon Benedict was cold and not as great as it looked. I didn't finish my basic breakfast combo because I had lost my appetite seeing the hair in my food (which I know was a mistake) but the waiter had showed little remorse and still proceeded to bring us the bill not mentioning anything about the meal being taken off the check. The next time the waiter came around he gestured to the check asking if it was ready, that is when I told him we were not paying for a meal we didn't consume. He then got the manager, the manager then came, talked to us and said everyone in the kitchen wears a hair net and that she'd go check the kitchen and be back momentarily. She had us waiting no joke 15 minutes. I placed what was owed for my girlfriends meal in the check presenter and left. The costumer service was really disappointing, I would have gone back giving the food another chance but unfortunately the staff prevented that.
