| - Horrible customer service from manager Veronica. Went in for a refund, the guy at the customer service desk refunded me without me running my card, when I asked him he said it automatically goes back on my card, how cool right? But he put it back on a visa gift card I got rid of about a month before the return. I didn't realize that he put back on my Gift card until about 10 days after the return when I didn't see it go back on my account. I called target the same day I realized what happened and spoke to Veronica, I told her I still had both receipts original and the return receipt she asked if I could go back so she can put it on a gift card, I told her that I lived really far she said "no worries, I will leave a note with customer service" 2 weeks later I go back since I had time to spare. Turns out she didn't leave a note and customer service couldn't help me because she wasn't working that day. I left my number and never got a call so I called her, she said customer service got remodeled and the note got lost mmmm ok looks exactly the same to me. Anyway, when I spoke to her she completely did not take responsibility for her actions, she blamed it on me. Basically, she said don't shop at a target if it isn't close to you since it's inconvenient for me at times like this. All for 17 dollars! Keep my 17 dollars it's not worth my time nor the drive! I was a big target shopper, I will not be returning.
