  • Went in for an oil change and inspection. Was told 45 minutes. Waited about an hour and 15. Then I was told it would be another half hour if I wanted my dirty air filter replaced. 45 minutes later I'm told they "couldn't find" the filter but had just found it and it would be another half hour. So I spent over 2 hours there. They also gave me a list totaling $2500 in things they thought I should have done to my car. Also mentioned repeatedly that my car has a lot of miles. Yeah, I get it. You want to sell me a car. Oh, one of the things was an alignment which I just had done 2 months ago. Interesting. I won't be coming here again.
