So listen. Costco is a juggernaut so you always know what you're going to get...lots of people. Zero problem. I was having a 5-Star visit late today, Sunday, March 12, 2017. Bought some razors so after a quick checkout (the two checkout guys were in a great mood), I had to go to post merchandise to get said razors. A gentleman was helping a couple with something so I was glad to wait. Waited for about 3 minutes, but again no problem. Suddenly an employee emerges in front of merchandise gate. I figured he or she (Costco will know whom I'm referencing) would ask what I needed. No way! I know this is crazy but I dared ask this person "Hi. Do I see you for my razors"...oh no I didnt! How dare me. He or she snapped "whatever" snatched receipt, whirled opened lock. While they did so my retort was a genuine "sorry to bother." This case was closed in less than 15-seconds but it was a 15-second scenario that made me spend 5-minutes to share this completely avoidable situation. To Costco...this person does not represent what I believe to be your company philosophy. To the person who lost their s##t; you're a peach!
