  • Love that Bobette came up to midtown, so much closer to home :) as with their Leslieville location, this one has a plethora of dessert options and the standard coffee menu (americano, latte, etc). Lovely seating area and a couch at the back. Plenty of street parking. Bobette has my favourite carrot cake in Toronto, hands down, everything is so perfectly executed from the candied walnuts on top to the creamy frosting to the moist cake itself. Can also personally vouch for the Alfajores (heavenly little cookie), passion fruit mango cupcake (delicious fruity buttercream icing), and chocolate hazelnut cake (nutelllaaaaaa!!). Coffee is pretty standard but the focus is obviously dessert. Perfect for rainy afternoons, friendly catch ups, a quick treat, also takes cake orders in advance. Already been here too many times to count...
