A coworker referred me to Dr. Altman and personally, I thought he was great. We had decided to move ahead with a surgery and he said his scheduler, Rose, would reach out to me within a couple of days.
A few days went by and I didn't hear from her so I placed a call. A few more days went by and I placed another call. This routine continued for 3 weeks before I finally called the office. A few days after my complaint, I received a call from Rose who came off as rude and snooty. She spent our 5 minute phone call trying to excuse herself as to why she didn't give me a call back. She said that the office needed to renew their contract with Banner before scheduling the surgery - I'm not buying it, but okay Rose. Regardless, she said she would give me a call before the end of next week.
Fast forward to today and it has been 8 weeks and I never heard back from Rose. In the last 4-5 weeks I visited another doctor, had my surgery, and my splints taken out today! It's a shame that an unorganized and disgruntled employee lost Valley ENT a potential lifelong patient. I will never be back.
