| - I've been seeing Dr. Tuggle, Nurse Leann (sp.) and this particular OB/GYN staff for a little over a year now. When I moved from one part of the city to this area, I decided to search for a new OB/GYN 'cause the one I had down in the Health District (Dr. Bartholomew [sp]) and his staff were always unpleasant to deal with, even if it was just once a year. Wait time here is reasonable too - 15 minutes to process my co-pay and be called into a room VS 1-1 hour and 30 minutes to be seen after paperwork.
The front desk staff are always nice and knowledgeable. I've also seen these ladies mediate situations from billing to patients, which is never an easy thing to handle, especially in the medical field. Checking out is just as efficient with the young lady working that area of the desk giving me my appointment cards 'cause I don't always have my cell ready to type in future information.
The entire office is always clean too, which makes me feel as comfortable as possible. Of course it can be crowded, but only expected for a women's medical facility. Then they're always communicative and helpful when the doctor's out for an emergency or helping another patient deliver a baby - ready to set a different appointment.
Anyway, what I like most about my experiences here is that Dr. Tuggle and Nurse Leann never make me feel uncomfortable aside from the physical portion of check-ups. LOL. Again, they're always friendly, plus they always explain things to me in a way which I can understand. They're also open to answering any questions I have or requests for changes.
I think the only thing I wish was done more often is the ability to get some follow-up information over the phone (ex. test results), and not having to go there for every interaction.
