  • Great Big Shout Out to Dana Fau _ _ _ _ _. She went way above and beyond helping me find an item in the Patio section. She doesn't even work in that department. Took my name and number. Tried locating an item that was listed in stock, but after having someone go to top shelf to bring down boxes, turned out to be the empty box for floor sample. Checked other stores - eventually finding a new set. Kindly persuaded department to put on hold for me as I was driving to store. On top of all that, when she called me to inform me she found one and it's on hold - she had already clocked-out of work for the day and did not want to delegate it to another employee. She wanted to make sure I got the message and would not be forgotten. What an Exceptional person. I could not be more grateful for the type of service I received that day. Thank you Dana Faulk___
