Brought my laptop and it was still under warranty after the company said it was not a hard drive problem. The tech inspected my laptop and said yes it is your hard drive do not listen to them insist on them covering the warranty part. So after a week-long back-and-forth argument with Dell I did get my free replacement hard drive and installed it myself.
I completely respected the techs at Data Doctors for letting me know it absolutely was a hard drive problem that was covered by the warranty and not a negligent use problem as Dell was insisting it was.
