  • I am into Chico's recently and bought whole bunch of clothes on line from their web site! I went to this store to return a few because the sizes were off! The tall old lady was a bit rude, when I entered to the store she did not greet me. Instead she just gave me a look as if " what are you doing here" !! Wired!! Must be because I am a foreigner or something else! Whatever it was, it was really stupid and she shouldn't be working there at all! She had no sense of customer service!! Wow!!! I will never go to that location ever again! But the other lady who seemed to be the supervisor or the manager was really nice and professional! I want to ask this question from whoever who hired that rude lady! Did you interviewed her at all before you hired her?? So unprofessional!!! Yuck!!!!
