  • I work very closely with many Title companies in the valley and Fidelity is an excellent company to work with. HOWEVER BEWARE OF TRACI GREENHOW - she is terrible. Never answers her phone, and has her assistants do ALL of HER work. The ONLY time I get a response FROM her is when she tells me she can't do something. And when I request why, with legal back up to my questions, she NEVER replies. Seems she has better things to do than assist people who are trying to help HER clients.
