  • Literally the WORST. If you are a pool company, and you have pool in the name of your company you damn well better be good at what you do. Actually for about a year they werent bad. Hard to get a hold of most of the time but my pool looked good and thats all I cared about. After about a year they fired the guy that was servicing my pool and it all went downhill. They let it turn green then charged us to empty and refill it. It stayed clear for like 2-3 days then got cloudy again. I called SEVERAL times to ask that they get it under control and they just never would or could despite saying they were sending someone out. I finally got fed up and hired a new pool service. He came out yesterday and told me A) There was no chlorine in the pool. Next he told me that it appeared that when they emptied and refiled the pool that they didnt put in any startup chemicals. Lastly and this one gets me so mad. I asked them over and over to check the timer and make sure everything was good because I didnt know much about it. Turns out that the timer thought it was like 10 hours later in the day! Oh, and they are more expensive than pretty much anyone in the valley. STAY AWAY
