  • Fightertown was a really fun time for our group. We had about 15 members in our party from 12 years old up to 60 years old. All of us had a blast. We played for over 5 hours and went thru about 5 boxes of balls. Some of us had our own guns while others used the rentals. We got a group rate and a free box of balls which was cool. With our group it was $25 per player which included rentals. The cheap box of 2000 balls cost about $37. A decent value for the amount of fun we had. The owner was really cool and checked on us throughout the day. Great guy with a great attitude. The regular paintballers were good guys for the most part but some of them (empire blue) refused to leave the field after being shot multiple times. I shot one of them in the side of the head and he kept on playing as if he didn't notice. So I shot him another 3 times and he just refused to follow the rules and leave. The refs were pretty on top of it and did a decent job telling players when to leave but it seemed like some guys got a pass on being told as well as others. The older cashier was very friendly and helpful but the younger girl on the equipment and air refill side was pretty rude. I politely asked her for a different mask as mine was dripping wet when they handed it to me and she rudely said they are all wet. Which wasn't true as I checked the others in our party. No biggie I tried to dry it off some and moved on. But then my mask kept fogging up during the games and literally couldn't see 5 feet in front of me. After trying to wipe it out and playing a few more rounds it became so bad I couldn't play. After looking at another mask I realized the foam part in mine was a different material and falling apart compared to others in my party so I again went up and politely asked her if I could please try another one as I couldn't see at all on the field and she gave me a huge attitude about it and I just said never mind thanks. Someone switched me masks in my group and the problem was solved. Not sure what her deal was but it was completely unwarranted and unnecessary. For her alone I dropped my review from 5 to 4 stars. We messed up and didn't bring our own food and their food guy never showed up. If we go back we will be sure to bring our own food and drinks.
